Meeting with Aqua
In December, several members of the Board met with representatives of Aqua to discuss the extending of water lines throughout Leisure Times. The meeting was interesting and enlightening. One item the Board learned is that Aqua, by law, CAN NOT fund water line expansion. The costs of expansion must be paid by LTEA as an entity and/or individual property owners. However, Aqua officials pledged the company’s support, where permissible, in assisting LTEA with its endeavor. The Board will continue to research the project and keep LTEA property owners apprised of its findings.

Please be advised there have been multiple sightings of a large bobcat in LTEA and sightings of coyotes which have come as close as the porch of someone's home. Please be sure to keep an eye on your pets in order to keep them safe.
